Our founder, Sri Lalit Kumar Shah, stood for integrity and customer service – values that we hold dear to our hearts and form the foundation of Rollmann.
He set out to establish Rollmann as a young entrepreneur in 1968 when India was transiting thru an industrial revolution of sorts. The industrial marketplace was very fragmented and the Indian regulatory environment very stifling. However, as a determined individual, he strove on to build the company brick by brick.

His vision was to establish Rollmann as a specialist distributor to serve the marketplace with a
a diverse set of products catering to almost every industry vertical.
In the subsequent years, Rollmann went on to partner with brands such as FAG and THK offering not only products but also solutions to a large and diverse customer base.
